Vector based files such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (PSD) .eps .pdf .jpg
JPG files with a minimum resolution of 100 dpi should be at full print size
Convert Text to Outlines
Vector files should have the text converted to objects. You can do this by selecting Ctrl+A and then Shift+Ctrl+O in Illustrator
Document Color Format
Uploaded files should be in CMYK format
